Italy, various locations. In May 2017 I left for a sporty walk, traveling along the Tyrrhenian coast, with the idea of ​​enjoying the open spaces in nature as much as possible and focusing on some itinerary details.

Cala di Forno

Location Cannelle. After crossing plains landscapes you can tackle one of the longest hilly paths of the Park, which from its hinterland lead to the sea, to see the light warming the Cala di Forno sand.

Cupi and Alberese. Talamone is at the south of the Parco della Maremma nature reserve, in the center of a flat and hilly region extending from the north of Lazio to the entire coast of Tuscany.

Talamone. After passing the wild Albegna river mouth and valley, another two hours' walk north leads near a bay with the backdrop of a mythological and rich in history village located on a rocky promontory.

Porto Santo Stefano. Coming from Orbetello and then from the Argentario shore which overlooks the lagoon, to continue towards the 'mainland' in a northerly direction you need to go around its western basin.

Western Liguria, various locations. Almost thirty kilometers of seafront accessible on foot and by ecological cycle vehicles. It's the itinerary of Cycling Riviera cycle-pedestrian path, resulting from the historical Ferrovia del Ponente reconversion.
